Pilates Flow will build core and arm strength, creating long and lean muscles. Flow has been proven to burn calories and will tone, stretch, and strengthen both small and large muscle groups, giving you a lean look and feeling rejuvenated. All levels are welcome, and modifications can be made to any moves.

Fit Yoga combines cardio bursts with weights yoga poses for an interval calorie burning class! During this 45 minute class you will doing mountain climbers, jogging in place, jumping jacks, triceps, biceps, legs, as well as yoga poses. Everything can be modified to fit your needs as several options will always be give
