Cross Training and Fitness is a new and exciting class offered this year. An example would be:
Andrea's Saturday Bootcamp is a cardio interval, strength training, ab workout, weight, bands, kettle bells, medicine balls, bosu balls, balance....you name it Andrea incorporates it into her class. Interval training system using cardio, weights, bands, sand bells, steps, ropes, balls, kettle bells, TRX, etc. Burn calories, work on strength, cardio and heart rate, sweat and enjoy!
Jodie's Sunday Bootcamp is a fun class that incorporates cardio and weight training. All fitness levels are welcome! With different themes each week, I promise a great workout that will burn calories and fat even after the class is done; and you will never get bored!!
Shannon's Kettle Bells/TRX is a weight workout that is sure to burn calories and create strength. Using the listed equipment you work your muscles as well as get your heart rate up! Shannon challenges you to use core strength, muscles and agility during this class.
Danielle/Lindsey Monday Mash Up!
Each week will be a different workout using all kinds of props as well as cardio! A combination of bands, balls, weights, your own body strength and assorted equipment to burn calories, get your heart rate up and build strength. Cardio training, abs, core strength and agility will all come into play is this exciting class. Get your heart rate up, strengthen your bones with weight bearing exercises!

- Warm-Up 10min: 2 Rounds of- 20 Air Squats-10 Push Ups 05 Kettle Bell High Pulls
- Foam Roll/Mobility Strength 25min: In-Between sets of Back Squat perform a 30-60sec plank
- MetCon 15min AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible):10 KB High Pulls (53lb/35lb)10 Pull-Ups10 Burpes etc....
- This class can be geared up or down depending on people's experience!
